17.03.2003 The International Telecommunication Union and UNESCO have made a pledge amounting to USD $19,000 to the Ethiopian Adaptive Technology Center for the Blind (ATCB). The donation would be utilized for the purchase of adaptive PCs and for conducting computer training for the blind, said Getu Mulatu, ATCB acting general manager.
