Centar za razvoj Interneta, nevladina organizacija koja se bavi politikom informacionog drutva i telekomunikacija u Srbiji, predloio je nadlenom republičkom ministarstvu izmene Zakona o telekomunikacijama. Ovim izmenama prava krajnjih korisnika i operatera trebalo bi da se bolje zatite i usaglase sa standardima Evropske unije.

Ce printemps, lassociation des associations de fournisseurs daccès Internet africains, AfrISPA, a fait connaître les deux soumissions gagnantes qui ont été présentées dans le cadre de sa demande de propositions pour fournir des connexions Internet directes entre les pays africains. (Létablissement de ces connexions sappelle « échange de trafic régional entre homologues »; les sociétés qui assurent ces connexions sappellent « exploitants régionaux ».)
