21.07.2005 Centar za razvoj Interneta, nevladina organizacija koja se bavi politikom informacionog društva i telekomunikacija u Srbiji, predložio je nadležnom republičkom ministarstvu izmene Zakona o telekomunikacijama. Ovim izmenama prava krajnjih korisnika i operatera trebalo bi da se bolje zaštite i usaglase sa standardima Evropske unije.
