The Government of Croatia announced last weekend that all employees receiving salaries from the State Budget will have to pass, over the coming two or three years, the ECDL Programme (European Computer Driving Licence). ECDL is internationally recognized computer literacy standard, designed under the Leonardo da Vinci Programme, implemented by the European Commission.

Kako je tokom ovog vikenda objavljeno iz Vlade RH svi zaposlenici koji primaju plaću iz dravnog proračuna morat će u sljedeće dvije do tri godine poloiti program ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence). Riječ je međunarodno priznatom standardu informatičke pismenosti djelomično osmiljenom kroz program Evropske komisije "Leonardo da Vinci".
