Përderisa për Radio Stacionin TEMA nga Ferizaji është ndarë çmimi për radion më të mirë të gjuhës shqipe në OW Radio Evropa Juglindore.

23.03.2005 A new briefing paper published by Panos institute, describes the issues behind Internet governance that made it a heated subject at the 2003 WSIS meeting in Geneva. It is the first of a series of briefing papers that will cover other Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) issues. It also gives important background information on the issues being raised at the upcoming World Summit on the Information Society in Tunis in November 2005.

WITT is committed to bringing women’s actions, activities and struggles to the spotlight, promoting the use of free software as a way to highlight women’s voices.

07.03.2005 World Bank in its report titled “Financing information and communication infrastructure needs in the developing world: public and private roles” notes that the private sector has invested over $210 billion in telecommunications capacity in developing countries over the last ten years and rapid echnological expansion over the past decade has resulted in as many as one half of the world’s households having a fixed telephone line, and as much as 77 percent of the World’s population is under the signal footprint of a mobile phone provider.
