31.05.2005 The National Alliance on ICTs for Basic Human Needs is the nodal agency for Mission 2007 and has released its report Steps Forward on how to take ICTs to all Indian villages for empowering the people and bringing about development in the villages.

24.05.2005 The Centre for Contemporary Arts promoted the new internet site www.reka.org.mk, at the press conference held today at the NGO InfoCentre in Skopje. The web-site is dedicated to the Reka Region in Western Macedonia.

16.05.2005 The Zamisli Srbiju web presentation, prepared by the youth from the Lingua-Kraljevo NGO, won the award for the best concept for a web-site. The award was given at the final conference “Youth+Technology=Entry into EU”, for the competition “Serbia – EU Candidate”.

13.05.2005 All 460 elementary and secondary schools in Macedonia will have broadband internet access at the start of the school year 2005/2006. The internet access is provided through a grant of the USAID’s Macedonia Connects project.
