Le site avait déjà été bloqué en juin 2003, mais le gouvernement avait levé cette interdiction un mois plus tard. Le site américain 365gay.com a également été censuré.

21.03.2004 A UN Task Force has found alternatives to centralised grid power and wired telecommunications, which can have a major impact on the quality of life for rural people in developing countries. 03.03.2004 The Citizens of Tuzla and Banja Luka are invited to take active participation in the public debates on the development of informationa society in B&H, which will be held in these two cities. The goal of the debates is to raise the public awareness about the information society in B&H, as well as to involve the public in the processes of strategic development planning. The debates are just one segment of the public campaign for development of information society in B&H, which also includes experts’ debates, as well as seminars and workshops for the members of the press and the media. The next two debates will be held in Mostar and Sarajevo, later in March and April, respectively.

02.03.2004 The World Summit on the Information Society was the first global multilateral forum dedicated to discussing governance issues and policies in relation to communication, since the so-called digital revolution took centre stage. Yet the Summit came and went almost unnoticed by the public, and much less as something of concern to them.
