12.07.2007 Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) has launched the Global Young Social Entrepreneurs’ Competition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Global Competition will select 100 winners who will attend the upcoming Young Social Entrepreneurs Forum. The winners will be announced on 1 October 2007, after a review by an independent jury.

The first in the series examined the gaps between demand and supply of ICT skills, this e-Note focuses on what could be done to bridge the identified gaps at national and regional levels.
