26.08.2004 A study on wireless networks in Africa has said that the continentÂ’s radio
bands are over-regulated and should be freed. The report submitted to the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology said that a lax regulatory environment
with appropriate technology could ensure greater access of people to ICT
tools.
