Hewlett-Packard's Mogalakwena i-community programme aims to develop the Limpopo Province in South Africa into a self-sustaining economy by providing access to ICTs for improving livelihoods opportunities of the population by raising literacy rates, creating income, providing access to government services, education and health care, and opening new markets.
