CNRI has been the home to the D-Lib Magazine since its inception in 1995. However, the MagazineÂ’s evolution can be traced directly to efforts in the early 1990s, when CNRI executed the Computer Science Technical Reports (CSTR) project supported by DARPA leading to the multi-agency Digital Libraries Initiative (DLI).
