30.03.2006 The Andhra Pradesh speaker has launched a rural e-governance initiative, Softrack.net, which allows the monitoring of rural issues and flow of funds. The Speaker mooted a proposal to introduce e-Petitions wherein the people in rural areas could directly send their grievances to the authorities using this software. This software has been developed by a city-based enterprise solutions developer, Vortex Technologies Ltd.
