Il 30 ottobre gli Stati Generali promuovono un presidio davanti al Parlamento italiano e il 2 novembre si terrà a Roma l'assemblea plenaria degli Stati Generali, mentre il 3 novembre è previsto il Forum della Cooperazione promosso dal Ministero degli Esteri. In questa occasione saranno consegnate ai rappresentanti del Governo italiano le firme dell'appello pubblicato sul sito degli Stati Generali.

Rural roads and pathways connecting the mountainous terrain were destroyed by the 2005 earthquake, cutting people off from relief supplies and medical aid.
