Children’s Pressline (CPL) is a group of young, accredited reporters (ages 8 to 13) who are working with their editors (ages 14 to 18) to cover this week’s Democratic convention in Boston. These young reporters explain their jobs and the process that got them credentialed to be on the floor of the Fleet center in Boston.

Representatives from the media will gather in Marrakech from November 22 to 24, 2004 and discuss how to implement the recommendations especially in the contexts of Africa and the Arab nations.

Il ministero della Cultura e della Comunicazione ha informato, il 30 giugno 2004, Mohamed Daho, corrispondente della rete Al-Jazira ad Algeri, che le attività della televisione satellitare erano sospese " fino a nuovo ordine ". Il motivo ufficiale sarebbe la riorganizzazione in corso d’opera dei corrispondenti esteri. In questo caso, Reporter senza frontiere si stupisce che questa " riorganizzazione in corso d’opera " riguardi unicamente la rete Al-Jazira.
