29.07.2004 Vladajuca koalicija u Vojvodini, koju cine Demokratska stranka, Liga socijaldemokrata Vojvodine i Savez vojvodjanskih Madjara, utvrdili su krajem prosle nedelje zajednicki predlog nove izborne odluke zasnovan na kombinovanom izbornom sistemu. Po tom predlogu 60 poslanika, od ukupno 120, biralo bi se po vecinskom dvokruznom modelu sa dva kandidata u drugom krugu, a druga polovina mandata bi se raspodeljivala po proporcionalnom sistemu, u kojem bi cela Vojvodina bila jedna izborna jedinica i uz izborni cenzus od pet odsto.
