La notizia è stata accolta con estremo sfavore da parte delle Ong internazionali, tra cui la Campagna per la riforma della Banca mondiale, che nel dicembre scorso erano riuscite a far rinviare la decisione e che oggi denunciano la mancanza di una valutazione di impatto ambientale.
