05.10.2005 Once again THE UNDP has ranked Pakistan 135th out of 177 countries in It’s Human Development Report. And a New Social Watch Report, ranking poverty in terms of human capabilities, has placed Pakistan among the 10 most backward countries in the world. The report says there has not been much success in social development. It could be because the term has never been consciously defined.
