Il sottosegretario agli Affari Esteri del governo Prodi č intervenuto ieri mattina a Firenze in apertura del seminario finale di "Seenet", programma di cooperazione decentrata tra i pił innovativi che ha collegato la Toscana con il sud est europeo. Promosso dalla Regione Toscana, dalle Ong Ucodep e Cospe con il sostegno della direzione generale del Ministero Affari Esteri italiano. In tre anni, Seenet, ha fatto nascere una rete fra 30 soggetti toscani (enti locali, aziende pubbliche, organismi privati) e 21 enti locali di cinque paesi del sud est europeo (Albania, Bosnia Erzegovina, Croazia, Macedonia, Serbia) con quattro milioni di euro di finanziamento e 27 progetti realizzati.
