25.10.2004 Nei giorni scorsi due ragazzi ed un educatore sono stati ricevuti a San Paolo (Brasile) alla "Prima Conferenza Intraparlamentare su lavoro e impiego" del Parlamento Latinoamericano. Fanno parte del "Movimento latinoamericano dei bambini e adolescenti lavoratori" (Molacnat), un'organizzazione diffusa in 12 paesi del Sudamerica. Un movimento "anomalo" perché non chiede la proibizione tout-court del lavoro minorile, ma l'accesso gratuito alla scuola e ai servizi sanitari, oltre che pari dignità sul lavoro. La loro proposta, nata negli anni '80, sta riscuotendo l'attenzione non solo dei loro coetanei latinoamericani, ma anche di quelli asiatici e africani. Nel solo Perù, oggi il movimento rappresenta e organizza ben 12 mila tra bambini e adolescenti lavoratori.
