Kretanje SCG prema EU jedina je relana opcija za regionalnu stabilnost i ekonomski razvoj. An international network of over 2000 organizations has called on all nations to come to May's global summit on nuclear proliferation with a plan for phasing out all nuclear weapons by 2020. The groups have offered a blueprint for an International Sustainable Energy Fund to enable countries to transition to clean, safe energy and phase-out nuclear power--a prime source of material for clandestine weapons programs.

The World Bank has issued a report examining it's environmental and social commitment as demonstrated through its lending portfolio, knowledge-sharing, policy advice and technical assistance, as well as its workplace policies and practices using sustainability reporting guidelines of the global reporting initiative.

Anti-debt activists Sunday welcomed the decision by the Group of Seven (G-7) wealthiest nations to provide as much as 100 percent multilateral debt relief to the world's poorest countries but warned that that much more work had to be done before that decision can be transformed into reality.

Sporazum o saradnji koji su u Beogradu potpisali javni tužilac i tužilac za ratne zločine Srbije i državni tužilac Hrvatske, pozdravio je Mauricio Masari, šef Misije OEBS-a u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori. Masari je ocenio da će sporazum poboljšati saradnju tužilaca u suzbijanju svih oblika teških krivičnih dela, naročito organizovanog kriminala, trgovine ljudima, pranja novca, međunarodnog terorizma i ratnih zločina

U drzavama bivse Jugoslavije jos postoji oko 300.000 izbjeglica, a zajednicka deklaracija koju su 31. januara u Sarajevu potpisali predstavnici vlada Hrvatske, BiH, Srbije i Crne Gore, predstavlja do sada najznacajniji korak ka trajnom rjesenju tog problema - saopsteno je juce na zajednickoj konferenciji za novinare UNHCR-a i crnogorskog Komesarijata za raseljena lica. Na regionalnoj ministarskoj konferenciji u Sarajevu zemlje potpisnice Deklaracije obavezale su se da do kraja 2006, ‘omoguce proces povratka ili lokalne integracije na nediskriminatornoj osnovi i na osnovu pojedinacne odluke izbjeglica’.

Program stanovanja i trajne integracije izbeglica u Srbiji započeo je UN-HABITAT. Vlada Italije uložila je 5,9 miliona eura za implementaciju novog programa socijalne i stambene integracije za desetine hiljada ratnih izbeglica i drugih ugroženih lica u Srbiji kako bi ova agencija Ujedinjenih Nacija za urbani razvoj i stanovanje pomogla njihovu integraciju

The citizens of Serbia give negative grades to their political elite, abstain from the political processes, hesitate to come out and vote in elections... They expect from their political elite an economically developed and rich society, smaller unemployment, greater salaries and pensions, perspectives... everything that the current elite failed to provide. Will the current political elite bring Serbia closer, and finally get it into the European Union

Građani Srbije negativno ocenjuju svoju političku elitu, uzdržavaju se od političkog procesa, slabo izlaze na izbore... Od političke elite očekuju ekonomski razvijeno i bogato društvo, manju nezaposlenost, veće plate i penzije, perspektivu... Sve što im sadašnja politička elita još uvek nije obezbedila. Hoće li današnja politička elita Srbiju približiti, a potom i uvesti u Evropsku uniju (EU)?

Savet Evrope (SE) podržao je u potpunosti inicijativu međunarodnog skupa Dekada Roma koji je otvoren u Sofiji. U poruci upućenoj međunarodnom skupu o Romima, Mod de Bur-Bukikio, zamenica generalnog sekretara Saveta Evrope naglasila je da SE podržava inicijativu čiji su glavni ciljevi obrazovanje, zapošljavanje, zdravstvo i poboljšanje stanovanja Roma, kao i borba protiv diskriminacije te etničke zajednice

Nadlezni crnogorski drzavni organi, prvenstveno unutrasnjih poslova, pravosudja i tuzilastva spremni su da i ubuduce pruze trazenu podrsku predstavnicima Tribunala u Hagu na teritoriji Crne Gore, saopstio je sinoc crnogorski premijer Milo Djukanovic. On se u Podgorici sastao sa glavnim tuziocem Haskog tribunala Karlom del Ponte, koja je sinoc pocela dvodnevnu posjetu Crnoj Gori.
