30.09.2004 Serbia and Montenegro provide a very favourable environment for the so-called high corruption which is used, according to the Study prepared by the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), to measure the level of bribes taken by the judges, parliamentary representatives, government ministers and other holders of office, in order to adopt bad decisions, laws and regulations.

The Judicial Compensation and Benefits Commission is recommending a 10 per cent boost this year. Meanwhile, striking PSAC workers are being pressed to accept raises less than a quarter as generous.

27.09.2004 California is taking the lead again on cutting greenhouse gas emissions from cars and light trucks. The state's Air Resources Board has approved new rules to reduce emissions by up to 25 per cent by 2015. Anticipating that move last week, the Sierra Club urged Canada to follow suit, and to stop wasting time brokering a "voluntary" agreement with industry.

Polazna pozicija za buducnost nam je vec katastrofalna, sto, prema Marfijevim zakonima, koji se kod nas mogu gotovo uvijek primijeniti, ne znaci da ne moze biti i gora. Do kraja ove i pocetkom naredne godine bice prodati Kombinat aluminijuma, koji sa Boksitima, Elektroprivredom i ostalima finalizuje 50 odsto drustvenog proizvoda Crne Gore. Do tada ce biti prodat i vecinski paket Telekoma, jedine preostale kompanije od cije privatizacije drzava moze dobro da zaradi.

21.09.2004 Predstavnici udruženja poljoprivrednika u BiH uputili su otvoreno pismo zastupnicima u Parlamentarnoj Skupštini BiH u kome traže da se poljoprivredni proizvodi iz potrošačke korpe oslobode poreza na dodanu vrijednost (PDV) i na taj način ne dozvoli švercerima da zarađuju ekstra profit na najsiromašnijem sloju stanovništva.
