The European Commission has announced it will promote the use of ICTs to reduce energy use and cut emissions. In a move to check rampant corruption and boost economic activities in the country, the Bangladesh government has decided to set up a Truth and Accountability Commission for businessmen to reveal information on fraudulent deals. People found guilty will be barred for five years from contesting any poll.
