Las resoluciones no colmaron para nada nuestras esperanzas por una estrategia integral y radical que dejara a la pobreza de África en el pasado. La Cumbre simplemente reafirmó las decisiones existentes sobre la condonación de la deuda y la duplicación de la ayuda.
