India is ranked 126 against a total of 177 countries, going up one rank as compared to last year. The HDI for India is 0.611, which gives India a rank of 126th out of 177 countries with data.

08.11.2006 Suomen UFF tukee One World -opettajakorkeakoulua, joka on ADPP-yhdistyksen ylläpitämä hanke. Korkeakoulu on perustettu vuonna 1998 Mosambikissa. Kouluun tulee opiskelijoita myös Angolasta. Sen tarkoituksena on kouluttaa opettajia opettajille, jotta myös tulevaisuuden perus- sekä ammatillinen koulutus olisi turvattu.
