U saopstenju brodogradilista navodi se da se “izvlacenje broda odvijalo u privatnoj reziji, mimo nadleznosti preduzeca”Prilikom izvlacenja nedavno ostecenog turistickog broda “Pajo” u neposrednoj blizini Jadranskog brodogradilista u Bijeloj doslo je do izlivanja nafte u more.
