Kabissa launches Time to Get Online in Ghana

31.07.2003 After a successful pilot in Nigeria earlier this year, Kabissa has launched the next phase of its Time to Get Online project in Ghana to enable West African civil society organisations to use the Internet more effectively in their work. Kabissa is an NPO that seeks to use technology to strengthen organisations working to improve the lives of people in Africa.

Its programme on 'Strengthening Electronic Communication Capacities of Women's Organisations in Africa' seeks to strengthen communication between women's groups and focuses on connectivity, content and capacity.

Website assistance project for WOUGNET members

08.07.2003 WOUGNET (Women of Uganda Network) has teamed up with InterConnection and the Byte to Byte Technology 4H Club to provide Websites for its members. The Byte to Byte club will design the Websites and InterConnection will provide the Internet hosting services and project management support.
