31.07.2003 After a successful pilot in Nigeria earlier this year, Kabissa has launched the next phase of its Time to Get Online project in Ghana to enable West African civil society organisations to use the Internet more effectively in their work. Kabissa is an NPO that seeks to use technology to strengthen organisations working to improve the lives of people in Africa.
