There is one striking omission from the list, the Croatian Radio and Television, meaning that the national public broadcaster is not among the 195 institutions that will be obligated to answer inquiries under the Law on Free Access to Information.

Uno di questi è "Mare Nostrum" di Stefano Mencherini, giornalista indipendente e regista RAI. “Mare Nostrum” è un film crudo che documenta le violenze, le sevizie e gli abusi subiti dai migranti reclusi nel “Centro di Permanenza Temporanea Regina Pacis di Lecce”. La raccolta firme affinché la Rai trasmetta il film prosegue tutt'ora.
