World Links commissioned a gender assessment study in 2001 aimed at determining if and how the program is impacting girls and boys differently. The research was conducted by Dr. Coumba Mar Gadio and focused on male and female students in four African countries: Senegal, Mauritania, Uganda and Ghana.
