Singapore tops in global ICT ranking

11.03.2005 The Global Information Technology Report (GITR) 2004-05 ranks Singapore, for the first time, as the most advanced economy taking full advantage of ICTs. GITR, a yearly publication of the World Economic Forum, serves as the key benchmarking tool to determine the comparative strengths and weaknesses in their ICT usage and deployment.
