Conference: 2006 World Water Week in Stockholm conference announcement and call for abstracts

“Beyond the River – Sharing Benefits and Responsibilities” is the theme of the 2006 World Water Week in Stockholm, which takes place August 20-26, 2006, and will address livelihood improvement, land-based activities within a river basin, and society’s ability to cope with natural disasters, among other aspects. Abstracts to be considered for presentation at the 2006 World Water Week in Stockholm are being sought now and are welcome until February 1, 2006.
