OneWorld South Asia (OWSA) launches open archive initiative to make available development literature and thoughts to everyone using open archiving software customised to suit the need.
This initiative archives article in a journal, magazine or newspaper; a book, a chapter or section in a book; a monograph such as technical report, project report, documentation, manual, working paper or discussion paper; conference or workshop item a paper, poster, speech, lecture or presentation given at a conference, workshop or other event, or a conference volume; a thesis or dissertation; a published patent and other useful resources on aspects of information and communication technology enabled development in global and local context.
We encourage all authors to pre- publish and archive published work with due credit of authorship for the common benefit. There is no membership fee for either publishing or accessing any material from this site, it is available for all.
