In the six-day long international "Katha Asia International Utsav" starting from Friday, internationally acclaimed writers, activists, academics, translators and scholars will speak on "Writing the City, Transforming the City."
Students, teachers and housewives would participate in the story-telling and open discussions. "The festival would focus on city stories across Asia and the people who make things happen in these cities. This would be a multi-level, multi-event all inclusive identities and an exciting journey of discovery and celebration, helping link diversities, forge identities and share ideas in search of solutions," said Geeta Dharmarajan, the executive director of Katha, the NGO that is organising this one of its kind event in the Capital.
