Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has underlined the importance of e-governance for all-round development of the State.
Inaugurating a workshop on e-procurement organised by National Information Centre here on Wednesday, he said, e-procurement is an important part of the Government and will bring in transparency as well as improved administrative efficiency.
Its implementation will also enable participation of more people and effective implementation of various policies and programmes of the Government.
