The workshop is being organised by Change Initiatives from Kolkata and is supported by the University of Manchester.
The workshop will explore the scope for women's ICT-based enterprises in West Bengal and Bangladesh through discussions among prospective women entrepreneurs, banks, corporates, government organisations and donors.
The workshop is for agencies in West Bengal and Bangladesh as well as prospective and existing women ICT entrepreneurs from the two regions. A Bengali handbook on women's ICT-based enterprises will be released around the time of the workshop.
