A nation-wide study conducted by Data Quest, one of the leading technology magazines in the country, for the Union Government is expected to come out with the formal announcement of the awards at a function to be held at Chennai on Wednesday.
Data Quest was entrusted with the task as part of the Union Governments move to formulate Digital Vision 2020.
