Naukri.com today announced its new initiative – INSTA HIRE: Instant contact by recruiters and Instant apply by recruitees by SMS.
INSTA HIRE helps connect recruiters and recruitees all over India instantly, thereby reducing the time taken in the hiring process.
Recruiters with Insta Hire will not have to go through the traditional processes adopted so far of e mailing or calling which could take days but instead will be able to send instant recruitment messages to potential candidates on their mobiles.
The candidate can then SMS back according to the instructions in the SMS. Once the candidate responds via mobile his/her CV gets sent to the recruiter and the recruiter can contact the candidate who are interested (and achieve a high rate of applies as all the people who SMS back will have the right contact details and numbers) directly all in a matter of minutes.
