Confederation of Indian Industry is organizing the prize distributution ceremony for National Essay Competition titled Leveraging ICT for Inclusive and Sustained Economic Growth and the release of Delhi Declaration on Innovation on 12 May 2006.
CII launched the National Open Essay Competition in May 2005 and invited participation from Institutions, interested groups and individuals in this competition. We received 41 entries (33 in the Individual category and 8 in the Institutional / Groups category) from across the country comprising of Management Graduates, Engineers, Professors, individuals, from Defense sector, business executives and social activists. A three-member jury evaluated these entries.
The function will be held on 12 May 2006 at 1000 hrs at Aftab Hall, Hotel Taj Mahal, 1 Mansingh Road, New Delhi.
