ICT to facilitate Caribbean integration

Information Minister Dr. Edmond Mansoor is in Jamaica representing Antigua & Barbuda at a Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) symposium in Jamaica. The three day symposium started on the occasion of yesterday’s observation of World Telecommunications Day. Dr. Mansoor said the symposium’s objective is to raise the profile of information and telecommunications development as a strategy for regional integration and development. The theme for the symposium is “ICTs: Facilitating Caribbean Integration”.
