UNIFEMs gender and HIV/AIDS electronic library
The Electronic Library, available as a CD-ROM, is based on UNIFEMs Gender and HIV/AIDS web portal. It includes resources produced by a variety of organizations working on HIV/AIDS. It features cutting-edge research, training resources and tools, and advocacy materials. The library is intended to be of use to academics, policy-maker, practitioners, journalists, students and others interested in the gender dimensions of the epidemic. Topic areas include gender mainstreaming and HIV/AIDS, gender, sexuality and power relations, gender, human rights and HIV/AIDS, prevention, treatment and care, legislation and policy. The CD-ROM includes a variety of materials in French and Spanish.
