Delhi’s traffic intrigues Jim Wales. Wikipedia’s founder can’t miss the similarities with his free online encyclopedia that rewrote the rules of reference books business – everyone is driving all over the road and honking all the way. “Wikipedia might seem chaotic too but there is a hidden order. Just like traffic, you have to understand the nuances of market and technology before you know how to go about it.”

This, however, is not his first brush with India. The fourty-year old seems to have seen it all while traveling on second-class trains. Now, he wants to provide a free encyclopedia to everyone in the world in their own language. And what excites him the most is the rapid growth of languages like Kannada and Arabic.
