Protest against reclycling of old PCs
10.06.2003 In an effort to bridge the digital divide between its rural and urban communities the Malaysian government has announced a 20-fold increase in its universal service spending. An equivalent of $ 263 million has been earmarked to establish telephone lines and Internet facilities in schools, clinics, libraries and community centers.
