'Miracle cures' are not uncommon, whether in rich countries or poor. The latest claim to cure AIDS has come out of Zambia, a country that is badly hit by the disease. Using Chinese herbal remedies, a doctor who has developed the treatment is challenging doubting colleagues to try it out. Anthony Mukwita reports.
