The United Nations Development Programme, the Afghanistan Ministry of Communication, and the French government have launched a pilot programme to set up nine telekiosks in Afghanistan capital Kabul. The kiosks will help city’s people, particularly teachers and children, government employees and health workers, to access information and make links to government ministries and fellow citizens.
