08.07.2003 The eEurope 2005 Action Plan seeks to create a uniform Information Society across Europe. The main aim of this project is to encourage ICT use and improve its access among people with disabilities. Other activities of the plan include promotion of eGovernance, eLearning and eHealth through a "multi platform" approach.
