The model, emphasizing community sustainability and involvement, is now successfuly being used to enhance teacher skills in eight countries.

Teachers can now learn how to integrate a global perspective into their lessons with the Certificate of Teaching Mastery (CTM). It consists of an online introductory seminar and 5 online courses. The material is available online and on CD-Rom. The HIV/AIDS for Educators course focuses on the latest research and programs, and how teachers can integrate this into their curriculum.
