City of Joy Foundation

The City of Joy Foundation arose as a response to the growing needs of the population of Quintana Roo. Working to reduce poverty, ignorance and exclusion, we strive to build a society in which everyone has the right to a decent life. Founded in 2000 as an independent, charitable organization, we provide not only the basic services which many people from the poorest communities lack, but also the tools they need to help them build a better future, for themselves and their families.
