The Openmindprojects is looking for volunteers to be placed in Thailand. As a volunteer in its IT in Isan projects, you will guide learners into the jungle of computers, demonstrating computer applications, stimulating them to go on exploring on their own, discovering computers and the Internet. You help them to learn English too, telling them about your country and the world outside.

Openmindprojects has created very simple and cheap teacherless classrooms in Isan in the northeastern part of Thailand, emphasising the social rather than the technical qualities of classrooms. ICT volunteers act as learning guides in these village computer learning centres that are so cost effective that they can be easily replicated across the Third World.
