In follow up of the G-8 Digital Opportunity Task Force, of which ZEF is a member, ZEF in cooperation with GTZ prepared a study on ICT for Development in 5 Countries. The report serves to identify practical steps for achieving digital opportunities and bridging digital devides in Peru, Vietnam, Uganda, Tanzania, and Laos.
