26-04-2012 The second edition of the World Education Summit (WES) 2012 is being jointly organised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Centre for Science, Development and Media Studies (CSDMS) and Elets Technomedia between 23-24 July 2012 in New Delhi.
23-01-2012 The eighth annual Government ICT conference, organised at QEII Conference Centre, London on January 31, 2012, aims to offer an exclusive practical insights into the Government’s evolving ICT strategy.
29-12-2011 The 2012 edition of the World IT Forum, WITFOR 2012, to be held in New Delhi in April 2012 will provide a good knowledge sharing opportunity on mobilising ICTs for change.
06-05-2010 The goal of the ICTD conference is to provide an international forum for scholarly researchers exploring ICTs applied to development.
05-11-2009 G2Events will host the first in the series of virtual event, Smart ICT, that will focus on information technology for mitigating the effects of climate change from February 9–11, 2010. Registration is open for submitting papers and exhibitions.
26-08-2009 The 7th Open Access conference will identify affordable and cost effective ICT technologies and good practices around the globe that widen universal access and open networks. Participants are invited to submit papers by 15 September, 2009.
20-08-2009 Teaching, Learning and e-Pedagogy: Teacher Professional Development for Knowledge Societies is the theme of the 2009 UNESCO-King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize for the Use of ICTs in Education. Funded by the Kingdom of Bahrain, the US$50,000 prize is divided between two winners. The deadline for submissions is 30 September 2009.
20-07-2009 The 3rd Asia-Pacific and Europe Media Dialogue will be held at the Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on 9th and 10th of November 2009.
20-07-2009 UNESCO has launched a call for nominations for the 2009 UNESCO-IPDC Prize for Rural Communication. Potential submitters are invited to propose nominations in consultation with the National Commissions for UNESCO or with relevant non-governmental organizations maintaining consultative relations with UNESCO. The deadline for submitting nominations is 30 October 2009.
