Ricoh launches ClassTech, a digital classroom for private schools

HCL Learning enters into a strategic partnership with Ricoh India to enter the Indian education space.

New Delhi: HCL Learning, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Infosystems, India’s premier Distribution, IT Services and Solutions Company, today announced a strategic partnership with Ricoh India, a market leader in Printing & Document solutions and IT services to support their digital smart class solution ‘ClassTech’. It is a state-of-the-art solution powered by HCL Learning’s flagship product ‘DigiSchool’, a class-leading, interactive and comprehensive content solution that enriches classroom experience across the K12 segment.

ClassTech was launched by Dr. Shayama Chona, the Founder & President of Tamana Association and the former principal of Delhi Public School, R K Puram, New Delhi. ClassTech creates an interactive classroom learning experience and allows a school to manage its IT Infrastructure more effectively with Ricoh’s extensive technology expertise.

HCL Learning’s DigiSchool solution delivers rich content, user friendly features and multimedia tools such as readymade assessments, question banks etc. that create a participative instructor-led learning experience, improves students’ cognitive abilities and increases attention span.
